Trouble relaxing or sleeping? Suffering from gloomy complaints? Or do you want to live a healthier life? Our modules and other tools can help you gain more insight into your complaints and deal with them better.

For example, our modules contain explanations, videos and illustrations, exercises and examples. With our diaries/trackers you can record your thoughts and memories on a daily basis. This gives you insight into patterns and progress. Action plans help you to set and achieve concrete goals. And finally, there are a number of questionnaires available that your therapist could use.

Our catalogue contains more than 150 modules. View our full range of modules and other tools on our website(Opens in new window). Do you see an interesting module or other tool? Ask your therapist if they are available.

Feedback moments

You go through a module independently or with the guidance of your therapist. If your therapist supervises the module, there may be a number of sending moments in the module. Your answers will be sent to the therapist. Your therapist can then provide feedback. Once you have received the feedback you can continue with the module.

Once you submit your answers, you can no longer make changes. Your therapist will not see your responses until you submit them.

Start a conversation within the module

Do you have a question for your therapist about the module? Then you can easily start a conversation within the module. To do so, click on the 'conversation cloud'. Your guiding therapist will be notified that you have sent a message. Feedback moments are also a conversation. You can therefore find the conversations of the feedback moments under 'Contact'.

Do you receive help from multiple therapists and are they connected to your account? Then they can see the conversations within the module. Would you prefer a one-to-one conversation with your guiding therapist? Then start a conversation with your therapist from 'Contact' (or Home page). This conversation is private between you and your therapist.

Check 'Participants' within the module to see who has visibility into the module and conversations.

Your answers are automatically saved in-between so you can continue at a later time. But please note that some questionnaires are available for two weeks. Within those two weeks, you must send the answers to your therapist otherwise your previously filled in answers will expire.

Multiple questionnaires (ROM)

Your therapist can also prepare several (same or different) questionnaires for you. By completing the questionnaires at several times, you can see your own progress. When a new questionnaire is scheduled for you, you will receive an email notifying you that you have received a new questionnaire. You will also receive a task on your task list with which you can start filling in the questionnaires.

Action plans

In a number of modules you have the opportunity to draw up an action plan. An action plan allows you to create a personal goal to work towards and track and review your progress. If you come across an action plan in a module, you will find it on your homepage.

Set a goal

To make an action plan, first set an achievable goal for yourself. Make your goal as specific as possible. You can ask your therapist to help you with this. In addition, select an end date and click 'Save'.

You always have the option to adjust your goal (in the meantime). You can also stop a plan and enter your progress at any time.

Track progress

You will be regularly reminded to track your progress. Write down the first steps you took to reach your goal. Move the progress bar one dot forward. You can see that a plant is slowly starting to grow. This plant symbolizes your growth in the process. Steps to achieve a goal don't have to be big. In fact, a goal is more likely to succeed if you take smaller steps!

Screenings (browser-only)

A screening is a questionnaire and can be activated by your therapist. With the help of a questionnaire you can measure how you are doing. You can find the screening on the homepage in your platform.

You can only do a screening via the web platform and not in the Minddistrict app.

You will also receive a task on your task list with which you can start completing the questionnaires.
