Platform
Language setting configurable per user
This update is relevant for clients and professionals (when functionality is made available)
It is now possible to make the language setting of the platform configurable per user. That means that a user (client and professional) can set the platform in their preferred language.
This is how it works:
- As an organisation you can request to activate this feature on the platform. You can choose to have 1 or more of the following languages available:
- English
- Dutch
- German
- French
- Spanish
- Danish
- Hungarian
- When ready, all users on the platform can adjust their language setting. This can be done:
- via the footer of the platform
- via the profile settings
- When the user changed the language setting this will affect:
- All platform functions
- Navigation
- Automated emails
Be aware! The language setting does NOT affect:
- The content (text in modules, diaries, questionnaires etc.)
- Tasks and dossier items that were created before changing the language setting
- Automated emails that have been modified manually on platform level
This functionality is not available by default. Please contact your account manager for more information. |
