Video calling via the Minddistrict app - BETA
This update is relevant for clients who use platforms that support video calling
Soon it will be possible to make video calls within the Minddistrict app. This functionality won't be available on May 1st exactly, but we expect it to go live during the month of May. It will be a first BETA version.
What will be possible with the first BETA version?This will be possible with the first version of video calling within the app:

Are you going to help us test video calling via the app?
The first version will be a BETA version. We would like to develop video calling within the app further as soon as possible and solve minor potential problems as soon as possible. This will work best if we have access to insights from the end user. Does your organisation want to help us? Let your account manager or the contact person at Minddistrict know and we'll be happy to send you more information.

Out-phasing old data exports
This update is relevant for users with the Data Analyst or Data Officer role
Several months ago, we introduced the new data export functionality. In order to step over to the new version in phases, the old version was still available. The old version will be removed at the beginning of June 2020. The new export functionality contains the same information (and more) as the old version.
Note: the old data report functionality will not be removed yet. It will be out-phased at a later moment as soon as an alternative can be offered.
Technical update
IPv6
As of May 1st, we will set up IPv6 on our web servers. This will impact organisations that have restrictive outgoing firewalls and also use IPv6. This is the list of IPv6 addresses with the most important domains:
Domain | IPv6 address |
*.minddistrict.nl | 2001:4c10:1001::162 |
*.e-behandeling.nl | 2001:4c10:1001::185 |
*.minddistrict.com | 2001:4c10:1001::187 |
*.training.minddistrict.com | 2001:4c10:1001::186 |
*.content.minddistrict.com | 2001:4c10:1001::189 |
*.minddistrict.us | 2001:4c10:1001::169 |
US minddistrict.com domains | 2001:4c10:1001::188 |
*.minddistrict.dk | 2001:4c10:1001::181 |
Do the firewalls in your organisation filter outgoing traffic and do you also use IPv6 in your network? Please adapt your firewalls accordingly (so that they allow network traffic also to our (new) IPv6 addresses).
