Reminder email for clients after a week of inactivity 

This update is relevant for clients 

When a client starts a module but is inactive for a week afterwards on the Minddistrict platform, he/she will receive a task and a matching reminder e-mail. The email kindly reminds the client to continue with the module, or if the module does not suit the client, to archive the module. The task will disappear when the client continues the module or when the module is archived.

Checkboxes are automatically checked when transferring tools

This update is relevant for therapists and secretaries 

From now on all checkboxes will automatically be checked when transferring/disconnecting the tools in case you want to transfer (as a therapist or secretary) a client to another professional or if you want to end the relationship with your client. This saves you from a few clicks in the disconnection process. You can uncheck the tools you don't want to transfer.

Nudge for introduction page for clients

This update is relevant for clients The new client introduction page was announced in the previous release note, but the activation of this page was postponed. The good news is that it will be active from this deployment on (July 7th, 2023). For more information, see the release note of June 2023.(Opent in nieuwe venster) Our developers have added something extra, namely that the client receives a nudge when logging in (by means of a pop-up within the platform). When they click 'Yes, tell me more", they will be taken to the introduction page. If the client dismisses the pop-up, the introduction page is still available in the drop-down menu at the top right next to the profile picture.
