Redesign of submission moments and at the end of a module

This update is relevant for clients

The design and phrasing in submission moments and at the end of a module are adapted. Based on usage feedback, it appeared that the choice of words in the functionality was not always clear and appropriate.

These are the changes:

Where?Old situationNew situation

Submission moment

(module with feedback)

"Your answers have been shared with your therapist "
"Your answers have been shared with [name professional]" + [illustration]

(see screenshot below)

Reflection moment

(module without feedback)

"Your answers have been submitted"

"You have confirmed your answers"

End of a guided module

(module with feedback)

"You have completed all the steps!

You can always review previous pages if you want to.

Please ask your therapist if you have any questions."

"You have completed all the steps" + [illustration]

You can always review previous pages of pages that you saved as a favourite. Otherwise, you are done and can go back to the homepage.

End of an unguided  module

(module without feedback)

“You have completed all the steps!

You can always review previous pages if you want to.

Do you feel like you need more help than you can find here? Reach out to a therapist or general practitioner.”

Empty conversations will be deleted after 24 hours

This update is relevant for all users

Sometimes users starts a conversation with a contact person and leave it empty. Both persons will have an empty conversation in their conversation list. This results in a cluttered conversation list and lack of overview.

From now on the empty conversations will be removed automatically after 24 hours. This will also be done retroactively.

Please note: Conversations with system messages (e.g. messages about videocalls) won’t be removed

Minor adjustments in data exports

This update is relevant for data analysts and data officers

There are 2 minor adjustment in the data exports:

  • The wordings of the categories are made more clear. This makes it easier to see which exports are about browser-only modules and which are about (mobile) modules.
  • In the export ‘Diary entries’ the date and time on which the client filled in the diary is now available.

Participate in multiple conversations as a guest

This update is relevant for organisations that use the guest feature

The guest feature makes it possible for persons, who don’t have an account, to participate in a (videocall) conversation as a guest. Until now it was possible to invite a guest to one conversation. But this guest was unable to join another conversation if the first conversation was not ended properly (e.g. when the guest only closed the browser). This issue is solved.
