Video calling allows you to have secure conversations with your therapist at a distance, using the Minddistrict platform. This page offers a number of short instructions and tips. So you can have a trouble-free video session with your therapist.

Video sessions are available on your computer, laptop, mobile phone or tablet. Use Google Chrome for using the Minddistrict platform, unless you’re using an iPhone or iPad. Log in

You need a Minddistrict account in order to use the video calling functionality. If you don’t have one, please ask your therapist to create an account for you. The call

1. You will be called by your therapist. Pick up.



2. Give permission to use your camera and microphone.



3. The conversation takes place.


Internet connection

Worried about the quality of your internet connection? Do via http://www.speedtest.net( Opens in new window) a test to check the quality. You need a minimum download and upload speed of 2Mbps. You can increase the speed by (temporarily) turning off other programs.
