How do I find the platform URL?

The service desk may ask you for the URL of the platform which you asked a question or have made a request about. 

The Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is the web address of the platform. You can find the URL in the browser's address bar. You can copy this address. From this, the service desk can identify the platform.
